I can’t find my assigned training on this site. Where is it?
You can find your assignments on your company’s unique training website. If you are not sure what your company’s unique training website URL is, contact your supervisor.
Or you can try typing the following into your browser (the URL format for most companies we serve is much the same):
yourcompanyname.infinit-i.net
(Note: Replace ‘yourcompanyname’ at the beginning of this URL with your specific company’s name.)
You may also find your company’s training URL through notifications provided via text or email.

How do I log in, and where do I find my username?
Your login information can be found in the PDF file you received from your employer. Be sure you are attempting to login through the correct URL (see the answer to the question above).
Once you are on the correct website, you can use the system to reset your password.

What is my registration code?
Your mobile app registration code is a unique ID assigned to your organization. Please contact your supervisor or our Client Success team.
Do I have to log out of the mobile app?
We understand that keeping up with usernames and passwords is never fun. For this reason, the system won’t force you to log out, even when you update the app (you should always stay up-to-date!).
How long will my class take to complete?
Duration for each class is different, but the good news is the majority of our training videos take less than 10 minutes to complete.
How can I find my assignment’s due date?
Your assignment’s due date is set by your company. You find due dates under the “End Date” column. Any assignment not completed by that date will be flagged as overdue.
What does “not attempted” mean?
“Not attempted” means you have not begun the particular training assigned to you by your organization. Click the Start button to begin your learning journey.
What if I can’t take all the training right now?
That is okay, life happens. You can always pick up where you left off. Just be sure to complete your training before the End Date.
Where can I find test answers for Infinit-I Workforce Solutions?
If you’re a driver trying to get answers to test questions, your best bet is to complete your training. There are no answer keys anywhere on this website or elsewhere (that we know of!).
What if I have or want to make my own content?
If you have already created custom content for training, you (or we!) can upload it into our system. Your video, PDF, or presentation can now be digitally assigned to users on our servers and distributed exclusively to the users you assign it to.
Can you help me find and generate a specific report?
There are many reports you can generate using the Infinit-I training platform. You can find the reports tab in the left-hand navigation panel above the settings option. Select the report tab, your preferred report type, and filters as needed.
Note: If you are not an admin, group admin, or report admin, you will not have access to these reports.
How do I modify an assignment?
Once you’re logged into your company’s Infinit-I URL, select “Assignments”. Locate the desired assignment and select the edit/yellow pencil. When you’re in the assignment, click “Edit” located on the right of each category you wish to modify. When done, select “Make Assignment” to apply changes.
Note: if you select “back” instead of “Make Assignment” your assignment will revert to “Draft” and it will not be available.
